2ND INTERNATIONAL CONTEST OF “CHOCOLATES PROCESSED AT ORIGIN”
AVPA is pleased to inform you that we have officially opened the “Chocolates Processed at Origin” contest. The samples are expected to be received before the 2nd of May 2022, and the results will be announced in June.

About the event
The procedure remains the same as last year and is marked by a tasting in two phases (technical jury + gastronomic _8df6fbcc-43d3-3d99-a511-2eb009ed8d4d6-bcc__ 3d99-a511-2eb009ed8a2d_ _8df6fbcc-43d3-3d99- a511-2eb009ed8a2d_ jury) and an organization of samples received by categories, which allows each taste family to find its right place.
