7th International "Originally roasted coffees" competition AVPA-Paris 2021
Having become a world reference, the AVPA International "Originally roasted coffees" competition will honor, for the 7th consecutive year, more than a hundred varieties and exceptional terroirs from nearly 30 producing countries, from Colombia to Vietnam, from Ivory Coast to Indonesia, from Brazil to Hawaii.
The AVPA competition brings together exceptional producers who become processors and tasters of their own coffees in order to offer consumers a high quality finished product.
Under the chairmanship of Emmanuel Buschiazzo, barista and expert in Nice coffee, AVPA invites baristas, chefs and gourmets to register to participate in its Jury in order to contribute to the final ranking of exceptional coffees.
This is a unique opportunity for chefs and baristas to compare and rate coffees from around the world.
This Jury will meet on Monday November 29 and Tuesday November 30, 2021 in the offices of the AVPA.
For the 4 sessions of your choice, the tastings will take place as follows:
Monday, November 29, morning: arrival and installation: 9.45 a.m.: Tastings from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Monday 29 November afternoon: arrival and installation: 2.15 p.m . : Tastings 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, November 30 morning: arrival and installation: 9:45: Tasting de10h00 at 12:30
Tuesday 30 November afternoon: arrival and installation: 2.15 p.m . : Tastings 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
