About the event

The awards ceremony for the 1st International Competition "Les Thés du Monde" AVPA-Paris 2018 will take place on Tuesday July 10, 2018, at 3 p.m. in the salons of the Massillon Quai des Célestins school in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. For this first edition of the International Competition "Les Thés du Monde" AVPA-Paris 2018, a large number of participants were present: 113 teas from 15 producing countries, including rare and new origins such as Hawaii or the Netherlands, or in search of recognition like Indonesia, Rwanda or Vietnam, with of course the leading countries (China, India, Japan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Turkey).

All tea colors were represented and divided into seven categories.

Among the 52 finalist teas, selected for their quality, 32 Medals will be awarded (Gold, Silver, Bronze) plus a Diploma of Honor, and 16 other teas will be rewarded with a Gourmet Product 2018 diploma.
